Return Policy
To return a product, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Our return policy extends for 14 days from the date of product receipt.
In case of damaged or defective items, kindly email us at info@dealsydaily.com with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #", along with a photo. We'll assess the issue and facilitate a replacement.
Return Criteria
Returns are accepted solely for damaged or defective items or products with manufacturing problems. No refunds or changes will be processed for products delivered in normal condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Several goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable items like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not process returns on intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and select health and personal care items.
Proof of Purchase
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. These include:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds

Refund on Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return and refunds. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are received in a defective condition.
Exchanges
If you receive a different product than the one purchased, contact us at info@dealsydaily.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide photos of the received product and your order number. Upon confirmation of the error, we'll initiate the exchange at no additional cost.
Return and Refund for Gift Products
If the item was marked as a gift, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn't marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
Shipping of Returned Product
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted as it is non-refundable.
For items over $50, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
