Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, it goes through two stages:

1. Processing Time: All orders undergo thorough processing, including quality assurance, testing, and packing, within 1-2 business days from the time of order placement.
2. Shipping Time: The duration from dispatch at our warehouses to reaching the destination.

After dispatching the parcel, delivery time varies by location. However, your package should arrive within 10-20 business days, contingent on stock availability and your geographic location.

Shipping Origins

Our team meets trusted suppliers to assemble a collection of fun and trending products. This eliminates the need for you to navigate retail shops or scour numerous websites for price comparisons and ideas. As a result, your order can be shipped from any location, including the EU, China, India, Indonesia, Vietnam, etc., through our partnership with USPS.

Order & Tracking

Upon order placement, you'll receive a Purchase Confirmation email that contains the order number and purchase details. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you have until midnight on the same day of purchase to do so. Orders are processed for stocking, packing, and shipping within 1-2 business days after this 6-hour window. Once completed, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

You will also receive a Shipping Update email featuring your tracking number. To track your package, click on the provided link. Please note that tracking information may not be available immediately after receiving the Shipping Update email, and there may be a delay between package scans. Rest assured, this is normal and won't impact your expected delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

You are allowed a 6-hour window on the day of purchase to cancel your order and receive a refund. If an attempt to cancel is made after receiving a Shipping Confirmation email, a refund cannot be issued as the item would have already been packaged and shipped out to you.

Return Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at info@dealsydaily.com with the subject line "Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #" and attach a photograph for our prompt attention in sending you a replacement.

Our return policy specifically applies to damaged items or products with manufacturing issues. Once a product has been successfully delivered in normal condition, no refunds or changes will be processed.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
